Thanksgiving

We had a delicious Thanksgiving at Aunt Becky's this year. The food was delicious and the kids finished dinner with the traditonal Charlie's Brown's Thanksgiving.

Play Date

During Thanksgiving break I kept Marley Ann and McKinley for a few hours. Kate and McKinley had a fun play date while Everett enjoyed time with Marley Ann.

This picture will be bribery when McKinley gets older. Although you cannot see it, he was also wearing Disney Princess high heels too! We did not do this to him. He came into the living room from Kate's bedroom completely glamorous!

Decorating for Christmas

We've never decorated the outside of our house with anything more than a few wreaths. This year, we decided to try a little more without going overboard. Everett really got into putting lights on the bushes and our new grapevine reindeer.

Kate loved helping Mommy decorate the tree while Daddy worked on the putside. I even looked over last night at the tree and noticed her own homemade ornament....potato head parts (pirate hook, moustache, purse) linked together for a most creative ornament. How precious it is having children in the house!

Thanksgiving Feast

It is tradition at our school for all Pre-K classes to have a huge Thanksgiving Feast. Chart paper is rolled down the long hall and all 8 classes gather around to enjoy a morning Thanksgiving Feast. It is always fun to watch, but even more special seeing Kate participate with her friends.

Happy Halloween

Kate was a beautiful fairy for Halloween. She was invited to a church festival with her best friends at school, the triplets.

One quick stop at a teacher's house before the festival to see Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Tinkerbell, and as Sarah called Kate, "The Fairy Godmother"!
