Summer Days

Here are some of my favorite activies this summer besides vacations.

Playing in my sandbox.

Last summer, I went to my first national park. This summer, I went to my first state park. We went on a day trip to the Little White House in Warm Springs. The tour guides just fell in love with me.



My favorite thing was the fountain. Daddy and Mommy showed me how to toss a penny in the fountain to make a wish.


Off we go to see the Little White House. I was excited to see a statue of a little black dog in FDR's house and to talk to the tour guides some more.

I went to visit my Great Nanny in Kentucky. I loved playing on the porch of her house. Cousin McKinley had a great time playing outside too!

Nanny and Papaw took us to see Thomas the Train. We all had a great time!

I also went to the Lousiville Zoo with Great Aunt Terri, Mommy, Daddy, Cousin McKinley, Aunt Becky, and Uncle Andy. I loved seeing the animals and the train ride around the zoo.
